RAURA legal
Terms of Service
Last updated August 19, 2026
These Terms of Service explain the rules for using RAURA, including posts, profiles, chat, notifications, and RAURA Foods. By creating an account or using RAURA, you agree to these terms.
What these Terms cover
RAURA is a microblogging service. People use it to share short posts, follow others, reply, react, chat, and discover local food. These Terms are a contract between you and RAURA. They apply whenever you visit our websites, apps, or related services, including pages that do not require an account.
If you use RAURA Foods to browse or order food, additional kitchen, payment, and fulfillment rules may also apply. Those rules sit alongside these Terms. If there is a conflict about food orders, the RAURA Foods rules control that part of the experience.
You should also read our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Advertising Policy. Together they describe how RAURA works, how information is used, and what we expect from people on the platform.
Who can use RAURA
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are old enough to use RAURA in your country but not old enough to have a contract on your own, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.
You may not create an account if we have previously disabled your account for violating these Terms, if you are prohibited from receiving our services under applicable law, or if you are impersonating another person or the RAURA brand.
Usernames and display names cannot include “RAURA” or lookalikes of the RAURA name. Reserved names for official RAURA and RAURA Foods accounts stay with those accounts.
Your account
You are responsible for the account you create and for keeping your password confidential. Tell us if you think someone else is using your account. We may ask you to verify your identity before we restore access.
You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date. Do not share your login with others or buy, sell, or transfer an account.
We may offer additional security tools such as device notifications. Turning them on is optional, but they help you notice account activity and new messages when you are not looking at RAURA.
Content you post
You own the content you create. You give RAURA a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, display, and distribute that content so the service can work: showing your post in feeds, generating a link preview when a public post is shared, and delivering chat or notification updates.
Public posts may be viewed by anyone, including people who are not signed in. Followers-only, hidden, and shadowbanned posts are not shown as public content. If someone pastes a private or restricted link in another app, RAURA may show a branded preview with the RAURA name and logo and will not include the private text or media.
You are responsible for the content you post, including text, photos, video, comments, and voice notes. Do not post content you do not have the right to share.
What you cannot do
Do not use RAURA to harass, threaten, or incite harm. Do not post sexual content involving minors, scams, malware, or content that clearly violates the law.
Do not attempt to access another person’s account, scrape the service in a way that harms the platform, bypass rate limits, or interfere with security features. Do not upload files that RAURA does not allow, including executable or disguised attachments in chat.
Do not use RAURA to send spam, mass unsolicited chat, or misleading promotions. Advertising on RAURA must follow the Advertising Policy.
How we provide the service
We work to keep RAURA available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features can change. Chat uses periodic updates rather than a live socket on every host, so a message may take a few seconds to appear.
We may remove or limit content, disable accounts, or restrict features when we believe these Terms, the law, or the safety of others requires it. Some restrictions, such as shadowbans, are designed so the author can still see their own content while other people cannot.
We may use automated systems and human review. Those systems are not perfect. If you think we made a mistake, you can contact us using the details at the end of these Terms.
RAURA Foods
RAURA Foods lets people browse food items, place orders, and message the kitchen. Menu availability, prices, and delivery or pickup details can change during the day.
If you place an order, you are responsible for providing a reachable contact method and for paying the amount shown at checkout, including any stated fees. Refunds and order changes are handled by RAURA Foods staff according to kitchen policy.
Reviews should reflect a genuine experience. Do not post fake reviews or reviews in exchange for undisclosed payment.
Ending your use of RAURA
You can stop using RAURA at any time. Depending on the tools available in settings, you may be able to update or delete some information yourself.
We may suspend or disable an account that violates these Terms, creates risk for other people, or is required to be removed by law. We may also disable unused accounts after a long period of inactivity.
If an account is disabled, some information may remain as described in the Privacy Policy, for example where we must keep records of a transaction or a safety report.
Disclaimers and limits
RAURA is provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties that the service will be error-free, secure at all times, or fit a particular purpose.
People on RAURA speak for themselves. A post, comment, or chat message is not an official statement by RAURA unless it comes from an official RAURA or RAURA Foods account.
Where the law allows, RAURA is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages arising from your use of the service. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If a change is material, we may also notify you in the product, by email, or with a notice the next time you sign in.
If you continue to use RAURA after the updated Terms take effect, you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the service.
How to contact us
For questions about these Terms, use in-app chat with Superadmin or RAURA Foods where those channels are available, or write to the support contact published in the app.
If you are contacting us about an account we disabled, include the username and any related post or order details so we can find the right record.
